Why was Kail so quiet during this interview it seemed like she was thrown off by Frieda’s personality or something, it was kinda hard to listen to because there was no engagement just crickets, then next question. It got a little better towards the end but poor Frieda. Seems she has social anxiety sorta so silence is extra LOUD when someone doesn’t engage or acknowledge you, esp when interviewing you- mortifying.
