    I am the best version of me, courageous, loving and comfortable to be in my skin. Sometimes it costs me, but it’s safe, easier and is the best place I was born to thrive from. Best place I can serve the world from without exhausting me. I am JK.

    The Gift of Connection

    You Matter Too…

    You are good, but not good enough for everyone, and that’s ok too. Don’t forget that If you have to trade authenticity for approval, the relationship may not be for you. As an adult you don’t blame anyone for your unhappiness.     I am Satisfied

    Life is not about targets & goal posts only. It’s a quest for satisfaction. How truly satisfied you are, is connected to how healthy you are. Satisfaction is actually a lifestyle, not a destination! Are you DOING in order to be satisfied, or doing because you are satisfied? Philippians 4:12-13 Content/Satisfied.     Saying Sorry vs. being sorry.

    After you have done all you should and can, learn to be ok with someone who is not ok with you. Be ok to let conviction do its work. Hoping that we or someone else will change or that a situation will be different is not reality. There must be an objective reason to try again. Are you desperate for someone to say sorry and set you free? There are reasons why when they say sorry, you feel disappointed. By understanding that you can not force someone into doing something, you give that person freedom and allow them to experience the consequences of their choice.
