A moving, satisfying, bittersweet season finale where these girls who’ve spent the season waking up to how oppressed they and the women of Gilead have been decided to take a stand. We loved it, and we have a lot to talk about. A huge thank you to everyone who listened and who wrote or called in. So much conflict and tension is being sown in this show, with Agnes’ crush Garth courting Becka, who loves Agnes; Agnes’ suitor Weston closing in on Daisy as the leader of the Eyes; and Daisy the anti-Gilead-spy getting closer to Agnes, who thinks anti-Gilead spies want to kill her. One of the best recap podcast teams out there.. each with his/her own perspectives, opinions, and predictions. Thoughtful of each other and their critics, and like most of us (except those that don’t see and hear what’s really going on, with their own eyes and ears, and give them a bad rating because of political views) see a potential for Gilead-like leanings for a those that ‘run’ this country. Thank you for your deep dives and noticing all the nuances we may have missed on first watch. Listening for not only that but also because I can’t get enough Testaments!!

I want to like the show but the hosts keep trying to compare the tv show to real life and saying that these things are actually happening today. I hate the false information and fear mongering is sad. Comparing ice agents to these characters is unreal if everyone comes here LEGALLY there wouldn’t be an issue. Immigrants are so welcome and needed in our country as long as you coming here legally. As someone who knows someone that was killed by and illegally immigrant I guess I have a different view. Please stick with reviewing the show and not a political podcast or advertise as such.
