Let’s talk about Why you feel low before a big season of change Often the emotional dip is actually your system clearing out old stress, grief, uncertainty and expectations so you can step into your next level. ✨ The truth about ‘the chaos’ Sometimes the chaos isn’t external — it’s internal. It’s the clutter of thoughts, the mental load, the past you didn’t have time to process, and the worry about what’s coming. ✨ How grief and uncertainty show up in busy mums Even if nothing “big” has happened, your emotions are valid.
