Gratitude Is the Gateway — But Here’s Why Action Still Matters” - “You’re Allowed to Want More !

Love to hear from you don’t be shy send me a message ✨ Manifest Journal https://amzn.eu/d/hgqabsG today’s episode, I’m coming from a place of deep gratitude. Grateful for the downloads. Grateful for the messages. Grateful for the support around the article. Grateful for every single listener who presses play and shares the podcast 🤍 And I wanted to talk about something important — because gratitude doesn’t mean we stop dreaming. As parents, especially busy mums, we’re often told we should just be thankful and get on with it. But here’s the truth: ✨ You can be grateful and still want more. ✨ You can appreciate where you are and plan where you’re going. ✨ Gratitude isn’t the end point — it’s the gateway. In this episode, I talk about how gratitude opens the door, but action is what carries you through it. Wanting more time, more freedom, more fulfilment, or more income doesn’t make you ungrateful — it makes you intentional. if you're feeling called to go deeper - to align more, create more, and really step into that next version of you - you'll find everything you need in my linktree.  From my book Manifesting through Motherhood to powerful ways we can work together, it's all there waiting for you.  Support the show If you want to join my private Facebook group or join my membership or work with me 1-1 you can find out more in the link below ⬇️ All my social media handles are in the link below You can also purchase my book browse my journals below 🫶 https://linktr.ee/Manifesting_through_Motherhood

When You Know Something Isn’t Right: Fighting for Answers, MSL2 & Our Children

Love to hear from you don’t be shy send me a message ✨ https://www.blogpreston.co.uk/2026/01/teenager-is-one-of-just-25-people-in-the-world-with-ultra-rare-neurodiversity/ In this episode, I’m sharing a really personal and important conversation — one that so many parents will recognise. This episode is about fighting the system for our children. About that deep gut feeling when you know something isn’t right — even when professionals can’t yet give you answers. I talk openly about: Our journey towards diagnosisWhat MSL2 is, explained simplyWhy rare genetic conditions often take years to be identifiedThe emotional toll of constantly advocating for your childThe frustration, exhaustion, and strength that comes with navigating assessments, referrals, and systems that aren’t built for complexityThis episode isn’t about blame — it’s about awareness, validation, and letting parents know they are not imagining things, not being dramatic, and not alone. If you’re a parent who’s ever been told to “wait and see” while your instincts scream otherwise — this episode is for you. And if sharing our story helps even one family feel seen, supported, or encouraged to keep pushing for answers, then it’s worth it 💛 Thank you for listening, for sharing, and for helping raise awareness around rare genetic conditions like MSL2. Why You Can Manifest It… But Struggle to Hold It (Manifestation, the Nervous System & Feeling Safe With wanting More)

Love to hear from you don’t be shy send me a message ✨ We don’t talk about this enough in the manifestation space. Because many of us can manifest: ✨ money ✨ opportunities ✨ confidence ✨ visibility ✨ growth But when it arrives… we feel overwhelmed. We procrastinate. We pull back. We self-sabotage — without meaning to. And we end up asking: “Why can’t I just stay here?” “Why can’t I hold it when it comes?” In this episode, I’m sharing a powerful reframe — especially for busy mums — that manifestation doesn’t usually break down at the level of belief. It often breaks down at the level of capacity. I discuss  ✨ Why success can feel unsafe to the nervous system ✨ How self-sabotage is often protection, not failure ✨ Why your body stays loyal to what it knows — even if that’s stress ✨ The link between survival mode and pulling back from ease ✨ Why manifestation isn’t just mindset — it’s regulation This episode is about learning how to: ✔ feel safe with ease ✔ feel grounded with success ✔ feel calm with expansion Because a regulated nervous system doesn’t just help you manifest more — 👉 it helps you keep what you manifest. If you’ve ever felt like growth overwhelms you instead of excites you, this conversation will land deeply 🤍 if you're feeling called to go deeper - to align more, create more, and really step into that next version of you - you'll find everything you need in my linktree.

Why Mapping Out Your Week Is Actually Self-Development

Love to hear from you don’t be shy send me a message ✨ In today’s episode of Manifesting Through Motherhood, I’m talking about something that doesn’t always get labelled as self-development — but for me, it absolutely is: mapping out your week. This isn’t about strict schedules, colour-coded planners, or trying to be “more productive.” It’s about creating calm, clarity, and space in real mum life — especially when you’re juggling a lot. Self-development, for me, isn’t just books, courses, or journaling (although I love all of that). It’s how we support ourselves day to day. It’s awareness, energy, boundaries, and learning how you actually function in the season you’re in. As mums, life is busy by default. Add work, responsibilities, appointments, school runs, and often additional needs into the mix — and it’s no wonder our brains feel constantly switched on. Mapping your week out isn’t about doing more. It’s about giving your mind somewhere to rest. In this episode, I share: ✨ What self-development really means to me now ✨ Why mapping your week can reduce overwhelm (without pressure) ✨ How planning gently supports your mindset and energy ✨ Why flexibility matters more than perfection ✨ How mapping things out helps you feel calmer, clearer, and more intentional ✨ The connection between clarity, self-development, and manifesting For me, mapping my week is a form of self-care. It helps me see what has to happen, what can wait, and where I need to protect my energy. Some weeks, growth looks like progress. Other weeks, it looks like rest, boundaries, or doing less — and that’s okay. If you’ve been feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or like your brain never fully switches off, this episode is a gentle reminder that you don’t need to change yourself — you just need to support yourself. No pressure. No perfection. Just real life, lived with intention 💛 ✨ If this episode resonated, come and connect with me on social media or explore my books and podcast episodes designed to support busy mums on their self-development journey. if you're feeling called to go deeper - to align more, create more, and really step into that next version of you - you'll find everything you need in my linktree.

Fitness & Health When You’re a Busy Mum (Without the Pressure)

Love to hear from you don’t be shy send me a message ✨ This episode is a gentle reminder that fitness doesn’t have to be extreme, all-or-nothing, or driven by January pressure. We’re talking about moving your body in a way that actually fits real life — especially when energy is low and motivation comes and goes. Fitness can be flexible. A walk, stretching, a short workout, dancing in the kitchen — it all counts. Health is more than weight loss. It’s your energy, sleep, mindset, stress levels, and your relationship with food and movement. January isn’t about punishing your body — it’s about supporting it. Consistency over intensity. Even 10 minutes a day makes a difference. This episode is for you if you want to look after your body without guilt, pressure, or comparison — and start where you are. ✨ Little choices add up. ✨ Rest is allowed. ✨ Your journey is your own.
