After attending my first talk therapy session, it opened my eyes to something many women quietly live with… pain that isn’t “just physical,” but emotional, stored, and waiting to be acknowledged. We talk about how trauma can live within the body, the importance of listening to what your body is trying to tell you, and why healing is not about “fixing” yourself — it’s about supporting your nervous system and creating safety within.
