Her practice is focused on bringing forward healing energy on a soul level through the awareness of blocks/trauma that we hold onto through the course of life. Jill does this healing work through Meditation, Past Life Regression, Psychic Mediumship, Shamanic healing & journey work, two podcasts and as a teacher on Insight Timer.     Rena is a former finance professional turned integrative health coach and therapeutic massage therapist. After searching for her "perfect" life and never quite feeling like she fit in with the crowd, a health crisis that depleted her energy, and joy changed her life.
