We’re currently looking for someone who wants to join our company for a long term position in the marketing/sales and fulfilment department. We’re not looking for veteran/already experienced person. Instead, we’re looking for someone who has some background in marketing/sales/fulfilment/data analytics/operations that wants to be trained by us directly, become a full stack person & be coached by Lotfi Drif himself. The goal is to teach you the exact processes & systems Lotfi has already used, proven & developed across 100+ clients in the last 5 years. This way you can skip the line & get direct access to what his clients are paying $60k+/year for him to implement. In the first 90 days there will be intensive training ,being coached by Lotfi, shadowing Lotfi on sales calls & coaching calls as well as doing some work. The focus in this phase is mainly the training & helping you understand each building block of the business. After the 90 days, depending on what Lotfi thinks is appropriate we’ll give you more real work to do & shift more of your time from training to doing. In the beginning it will be an 80/20 split and eventually we hope to flip this so that you spent 80% doing and 20% training. This is also when you can start earning more as you ease into a sales position where you’ll earn commission that allows you to make more money. You’ll also be helping with marketing & fulfilment at the same time as well. This position is ideal for someone that likes the direction Leapa & Lotfi Drif are headed towards, enjoys the consulting/client bases business model & also for someone that wants to be in the marketing/sales/fulfilment role for a fast growing consulting business. This role is also for someone that has the ability, willingness and capacity to go all-in. There won’t be any time for side hustles, other businesses, part time jobs, studies or anything else of that nature. We’re looking for someone that can dedicate all of their time to this position & is ready to be fully committed is the role makes sense. What you get: 1. The ability to work remotely from almost any country. 2. Directly coached by Lotfi Drif himself on what his clients pay him $1k/hour and $60k+/year just for him to teach them. You get full & direct access to me if you join the company. This includes being personally coached by myself on ad strategy, business strategy & sales/influence. 3.
