    middle & high school experiences

    hi guysssss :3 wazzz up :D We are walking down our middle and high school memories and see what experiences made us the young grown adults we are today that are still figuring things out in our adult lives. As POC, we face a couple of circumstances that made us feel small but ALSO made us feel great and proud! We wanted to share our experiences so others who went through this or are experiencing this right now- won't feel alone. These experiences are only meant to build us and not hurt us and we get to see that as we recognize our old selves and how we are still growing every day.     let's talk about balance (masculine & feminine energies)

    Today we are diving deep into ourselves and talking about what balance means to us in a spiritual sense. Especially during these times when we are facing some of the toughest situations in life and what we can do to remain balanced. It is important that we collect and ground ourselves because it is for our own improvement. Talking about why it is necessary for us to make sure our masculine side is taking assertiveness in our lives and the feminine side will allow us to feel through it all.     new year, new us (actually)

    EP10: Did We Make It?

    This is NOT the end of us. This is only the beginning! We have reached the first anniversary of our podcast and we are here to talk about what we experienced, our goals, and all the love we received during the whole time. This is our final episode for season 1 and we reflect on everything that we went through that led us to this moment. Yes, this moment! We are very proud of all the support and the help we received throughout the whole process and we can't thank everyone enough. We are very excited about the journey we are on and what season 2 would bring us. We are very proud of each other for sticking through our baby.
