    15. Oh Baby!

    This episode we talk all things baby! We are in full baby prep mode. This episode gives tips, tricks, advice and a list of the true baby necessities. Of course, Rochelle gives some opinions along the way. Below is the list of must haves. In no specific order other than how they came to mind. -Bassinet of some kind -Bouncer -Bumbo seat -Pack n play of some sort -Swing -Jumper -Books -Floor mat -Small toys that light up and make noise -Shusher -Sound machine (or fan) -Wild bird (ring sling) -Baskets (organization, diapers/wipes, books, toys, bottles, formula, clothes for week). -Formula dispenser -Dishwasher bottle basket -Bottle drying rack -Obviously bottles (lots) if bottle feeding

    In this episode we discuss self confidence.  Everyone has strengths and especially women need to focus on their strengths. One of the biggest self confidence boosters is movement or exercise. Not only does it give you more ambition and drive. It always gives you more physical confidence in yourself.  You need to believe in yourself. You will still have negative thoughts but you can shut those down and focus on the positives.  Every person on the street is not going to like you, but what is important is that your family and friends like you. Focus on that and go get everything that you want out of life.
