Happy Chy's Oasis of Healing EP1 Heart Chakra

This is the first episode and what better way to start off with some sound healing and meditation. I'm focusing on the heart chakra because loving yourself and loving others is so important. See the love and light from within, see it in others. The note F is associated with the Heart Chakra. I only own two singing bowls but as my collection of quartz singing bowls grow I will add new sound healing vids.
