In this episode, Terrance shares his journey as a police officer and how he became a winter gear entrepreneur. Terrance experienced the challenges of working in the harsh winter environment in Canada and realized the limitations of the gloves provided to officers in the field. In 2018, he took matters into his own hands and started Ice Warrior Tac Gear, releasing his own tactical winter glove design. In 2021, he improved upon his first design with feedback received from officers and military personnel, and created the Mammoth-X and Mammoth-L gloves. Hear firsthand from Terrance about the process of designing and testing his gloves, and why he stands by his product by wearing it on the front line.
