Are you there, Universe? It’s me, Erica. I have a lot of questions and I want to trust you but this world feels a little off balance. I’m just me, trying to talk to you.     Youth Baseball Vigilante

    It’s baseball season! One of my absolute favorite times of the year. I talk about a confrontation I found myself in at one of my son’s games that I’m still shocked over. We go to our kids games to watch them but we must remember that our kids are always the ones watching us. Be an example you’d be proud of.

    Cute without the E

    If there is one thing I know, it’s that nothing is permanent, which can be bittersweet. The wrong therapist almost ended my life and the right therapist saved it.     Happy St Palmer’s Day!

    Today is not about Patrick, it’s about my daughter, Palmer! She is one decade old today. I talk how I reflect on my relationship with my kids each night before their birthday. (by reflect I mean cry.) I’m still mind blown that I unintentionally named her after a grandmother that I barely knew. I also share a sweet story of how how my daughter inspired me to be more kind.     I didn’t deserve that.

    I got the sweetest message but it still doesn’t stop the mom guilt. I get very honest about discipline and the key to a strong bond with your kids.
