How do you define success? What does success look like to you? How do you define blessed? While there are no wrong answers could it be that you have misaligned perception and direction leading you away from the TRUTH of what it means to live a successful and blessed life? Even before the beginning of the world, God loved you and desired to have a relationship with you that would bring a great peace, joy, fulfillment, and power to your life (Eph.1:4). Therefore, our intimacy with God is THE KEY to change the trajectory of your life (impact, influence, empowerment, fruitfulness Jeremiah 29:11).

    Deliverance 10: Hidden in the Pattern (Continued) - Heritage of the Saints Ministry

    As we allow the God to guide our Bible study, we return to our Word uncovering more of what God has hidden (embedded) in His process of deliverance. Despite the seemingly difficult process, the instances of deliverance are instrumental in developing and preparing us for the destiny and destinations only God's magnificent plans and purposes intend for impactful lives lived unto God. We will spend time in Hebrews 4 and John 17 to help us understand God's way and will for our lives as His representatives that remain in the world.

    Deliverance 9: 'DELIVERED TO' - Heritage of the Saints Ministry

    Part 2 - Continuing our journey through God's Word, this week our segment on DELIVERED TO, we meet King David showing kindness to Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan - who many would call a forgotten son, being restored to a seat at the king's table (2 Kings 9). David's private vow is publicly displayed when he seeks to honor his word to his beloved friend Jonathan, now transitioned to be with the Lord. It is the integrity, ethics, principles and kindness of a king/queen who keeps God's Word hidden in their heart that keeps them in the position God has elevated him/her to and makes kingdoms thrive. We will conclude our session in the New Testament, meeting Mary, Joseph, Jesus, Simeon (a devout man) and Anna the prophetess in the temple on the 40th day of Jesus' incarnate life as an infant (Luke 2). Here prophecy will be fulfilled and the announcement of Salvation goes forth in Jerusalem - the very same city where the King of kings would be crucified. Let's go to work..

    Deliverance 8: Delivered TO - Heritage of the Saints Ministry

    Continuing in our deliverance series, this week we will begin our work around DELIVERED TO. In Acts 8 we meet Ananias (a devout Christian) and Saul of Tarsus persecutor of early Christians following Jesus' crucifixion (who would later become known as the Apostle Paul). Acts 8 reveals to us that sometimes God uses other people to jumpstart the beginning of our pre-ordained destiny, delivering us to the ONE (God) who knows and holds our Identity & Calling.

    Deliverance 7: DELIVERED FROM - Heritage of the Saints Ministry

    Part 2 - Continuing last week’s Bible study on the subject of DELIVERED FROM, we will now wrap up in Judges 4 where we meet Deborah, the only female judge of Israel who would receive and relay God’s war strategy to emancipate Israel from their (seen) oppressive enemy, the kingdom of Hazor. Deborah’s fervent prayer life and devotion to God enabled God to step in and war for Israel, transitioning the battle from the natural world to the spiritual realm. We wrap up this session, intimately meeting and becoming acquainted with Mary Magdalene (New Testament). In this portion of our Bible study we will learn about the torments of the unseen enemies (evil spirits) that imprison and oppress individuals mentally, emotionally and relationally causing stigma and ostracism.

    Deliverance 6: 'Delivered FROM' - Heritage of the Saints Ministry

    As we continue our journey through books of the Holy Bible, we will examine instances of ' DELIVERANCE FROM ' across two episodes. In each example, we will see God Almighty standing firm on HIS WORD to deliver us from our enemies: seen and unseen. In Part 1 of our two-hour session, we will look at John 11 & 12 (Mary, Martha and Lazarus). In Part 2 we will wrap up by examining Judges 4 (Deborah and the Israelites), and the Gospels (Mary Magdalene) and hear a personal testimony of deliverance from an oppressive, depressive spirit of darkness.

    In this week's segment on deliverance, we will examine the appetites of three sons (royal princes) who would become Kings - Belshazzar (Daniel 5; son of Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar); Solomon (Proverbs 23, Ecclesiastes 7-9; son of King David) and Jesus (the Gospels; son of the supreme & majestic heavenly Father - God).

    This week session will be grounded in 1 Corinthians 2 and Matthew 22 as we look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, for understanding what studying the Word of God reveals about deliverance through the study of Jesus - our Deliverer, our Messiah.

    Deliverance 3: Development of Prayer - Minister Marion- Heritage of the Saints Ministry

    As we continue our study of the Holy Bible for insight and understanding as to how deliverance is a tool in the hand of God, this week's episode is ministered by the prayerful saint, Minister Marion. Deliverance in the hand of God (to, from and through) difficult situations and circumstances is a personal process in disguise to grow us as individuals from the inside-out. Our soul's greatest value is found in SERVING not in Ruling. Jesus came to serve and not be served though HE IS THE MESSIAH of the world. If the Messiah was able to set aside his majesty and rulership while in earth, how much more would we too benefit setting aside power, status, position and titles for the accomplishing of good works, submitted and surrendered to God? Deliverance teaches us that in order for it accomplish its purpose, we must be like Jesus.  By studying Jesus' example through the studying of God's Word, we discover that Jesus walked, talked and role modeled how to be patient with difficult, obstinate people; the importance of a prayer life; what the Kingdom of God is liken unto (parables to teach Biblical truths) and ultimately reveal the personality, character and attributes of God (kind, just, merciful, compassionate, and full of limitless miracles). Throughout the Gospels, Jesus answers the colloquial questions that once adorned wristbands, shirts and lanyards WWJD - What Would Jesus Do? He answers these questions through the answers of prayers  submitted to HIM. We see the instructions, commands and strategy for deliverance vary from Genesis to Revelation, nevertheless, the same GOD by whom it is accomplished. The instrument of prayer all throughout allows for the two-way communication between man / woman and God for the roadmap of deliverance for the situation faced, instructions along the way and commandments to be kept once delivered. In the dispensation of grace, we are commanded according to Jesus:  [Matthew 22:37-40] Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” To further emphasize the seriousness of heeding God's Word, Jesus in John 14:15 (Amplified) instructs,  If you [really] love Me, you will keep and obey My commandments. Through the impartation of revelation to His apostle for instructing the churches and one another in their walk of faith for Christian living, 1 Thessalonians 5:14-18 (Amplified) instructs us to: We [earnestly] urge you, believers, admonish those who are out of line [the undisciplined, the unruly, the disorderly], encourage the timid [who lack spiritual courage], help the [spiritually] weak, be very patient with everyone [always controlling your temper]. See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek that which is good for one another and for all people. Rejoice always and delight in your faith; be unceasing and persistent in prayer; in every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.
