    New Beginnings, Introductions, The Spring Equinox and Nettle Spirit Medicine

    Hello my dears! Happy Spring Equinox!! I am super excited to share the first ever episode of The Forest Bath podcast with you all.  In this episode I introduce myself a little bit more formally and explain my intentions with this show and celebrate this very special day of the Vernal Equinox we also get to meet the early spring plant of Nettles as a guardian spirit of Aries season.  This early spring time makes me feel so joyful, I love seeing the subtle shifts and our wild friends begin to appear. I also feel really good with the added sunlight.
