    First episode goes to the memory lanes of the past as Niloo shares her story and life in Iran and then moving to Canada.she is raw and vulnerable talking about the cultural beliefs and limitations while overcoming many challenges to create her life in her own terms. The intention of this episode is to share her voice and truth and inspire others to do the same.When the journey gets hard and we are overcome by the shadows of our mind, there is only one way , to go within and see the light in our hearts. Niloo encourages her listeners to be open to many different tools that can help them in their soul searching journey, and she will share in future episodes about what helped her to connect to her heart and heal her traumas.The most transformational of all has been connecting to the wisdom of the scared feminine plant of Amazonian jungles, mother Ayahuasca. She dives deeper sharing her experiences and the guidance of the plant for the next chapter of her life.
