    The final episode of the Art of Undress explores the concept of this discussion as a whole. Looking at how dress and undress work as one and are connected to our actual self and by changing the way in which we look at the normal acts we do to end our day can be more important than we think in the understanding of our own identity. We explore how we can change our outer shells but continue to return to a state of normality in our home after venturing out into society, and how our actual self is embedded in these processes.

In this case it was my mother, and we explore her own concepts of undress, the abstract thoughts around what it means to be undressed and why it is important, and how learning these habits at a young age are as key as learning how to brush your teeth.

We also look at how being behind the camera the view of nudity changes, and the opinions that come with the thought of their own undressing. a
