Magnum B.I.

It's sounds like 2 people sitting on a couch and talking. Not much else. On the Elizabeth Holmes/Theranos episode it was mostly them freaking out about a flying beetle and a LONG introduction that had NOTHING to do with the episode. The aduio is really low quality. I don't see a reason for this to be a podcast.

I love a true crime podcast and have consumed many, but this one is different. The fresh perspective of college students deep in the research period of their lives gives them a more current viewpoint on the stories many of us have heard before. And the joy they take in discovering old(er) cultural references is delightful. (Please see their reactions to the song “Yes, We Have No Bananas”) Their banter is smooth and it feels like the listener is in on the joke; and they give you just enough personal info without overexposing themselves. I can’t wait to find out what Lauren’s middle name is. 10 out of 10!
