Although this topic may be seen as taboo or tacky, ignorance about the psychological signs and consequential physical effects can be life-threatening. Yes, Jaguar Hour is a high school-based Podcast, but high school is also the most naive and influential part of adolescent life. Anorexia nervosa has the highest death rate of any psychiatric illness, and about 28.8 million Americans will have an eating disorder in their lifetime.
