When I first saw this podcast come across my feed I was a little suspicious, but after listening I am a big fan. Simeon, Bill, and Davis have obviously known each other for a long time and their depth of knowledge left me speechless! As a meat lover their explanation of “proof of steak” cleared many things up. Well done gentlemen!
