Wade. Who is this Jesus character, and is he responsible for the subjugation of women in society, since Christianity and Catholicism have become aligned with movements that prevent women having jurisdiction over their lives and bodies? Jana also shares about her experience working in schools, a spiritual path of grappling with the intersection of sacredness and sexuality, navigating the complexities of Catholicism, losing custody of her children related to teaching them sex education, and a foundational book that started her deep dive into these topics, "The Meaning of Mary Magdalene" by Cynthia Bourgeault.

    All About the Teeth

    We talk about the intersection of "wild women" and teeth. What do your teeth look like? Do you appreciate them, and celebrate them daily? Should we become a band called The Experience Dentistry Project look? If we do, we plan to cast sometimes-actor and environmentalist Adrian Grenier as the French dental hygienist, or receptionist, who wears a maid's costume and offers dental patients shortbread cookies. Would he accept this role in a music video? We aren't paying anything for it. Also, we go on too long listening and rating songs about teeth by Lady Gaga, Lorde, Topaz Jones and a children's singer, Raffi. Then we put Whitney Houston song lyrics to poetry and wrap up this whole shebang. It is weird and wild and unique, and you should listen if you have a long car ride or something like that.
