May is Mental Health Awareness month, so in a genuine attempt to raise awareness, we thought it would be the perfect time to talk about it (though, we believe any time is the perfect time!). While we know this topic can be discussed in many layers and in many episodes, this one is pretty special as we have one of our really good friends, Gilbert, joining in on the conversation! Gilbert will be sharing some insight on his experience working as a mental health professional in the community.
