She is the owner of RS Counseling and Wellness, a full service mental health counseling and training company in South New Jersey. Sharea and her team provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients living with various mental health challenges and disorders. Sharea also serves as a continuing education trainer and consultant/coach to nonprofit organizations in New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. She is also a highly skilled Small and Non-Profit Business consultant. Through her skills in building small businesses, she has a 100% success rate in helping individuals realize their dream of starting or expanding their businesses.Dawn E. In addition to her training and consulting in health and human services, Dawn has also designed and delivered mental and emotional wellness and LGBTQ inclusion seminars in corporate workplaces. Dawn serves on the Board of Directors of the Network for Social Work Management and is a lecturer at the Columbia University School of Social Work.
