    Stop Running Critical Processes Out of Your Inbox

It’s terrible for managing processes that repeat, have deadlines, or require shared ownership.  I was a little annoyed by an RFP (Request for Proposal) I saw recently. It asked respondents to "please send all questions" to a specific person's email address! I had a whole different episode planned, but I was so fired up about this, I had to change course.  #LinkedInLove❤️ This week, I shouted out Guy Timberlake for his comment on a post by Aubrey Gainfort about doing market research.
