    Hello .... Welcome to the Don't Stress Podcast Numero Duo The purpose of the podcast is to discuss topics to help us be better, from your starting point! I hope you enjoy what we cover today and I do encourage you to jot down anything you find interesting so you can review it later and, maybe, do your own investigation. ABC - Always Be Curious! Today Scott and I discuss a range of topics mostly around Emulation versus Admiration, or, in simpler terms, do we want to be like someone else ... or do we just want take on some of the attributes we admire about them.     Podcast Episode 1: Humans are Basically Lazy

    Hello and welcome! This is the first podcast for Don’t Stress. Edit: the original sound of the podcast was quite poor. However, the the good people at Buzzsprout have pointed to me to the magical application Auphonic who have done the miraculous and cleaned it up. I hope you enjoy the “new sound” (I have also audited my equipment so this will not happen again!) My guest is Scott Amy who has over 30 years experience in helping people develop their potential. Scott is one of those people who you always feel good after speaking with him. He’s a “Yes, and…” person, as opposed to a “Yeah, but …” person. In this episode we discuss a range of topics centred around why humans are basically lazy. It’s all to do with out evolution. But can we make that work for us? I will mention up front that the sound is not the best, just calling it out. That is totally on my Admin staff (me!) and I have given them a good talking to.
