    Heart Break on Aisle 8

When we are living our regular lives and a stranger's story stops us in our tracks, what do we do? That happened to me during a routine grocery run during a holiday. The beautiful woman cashier was swiping my items and placing them in bags. A casual question turned into a shocking story.  https://www.yourstoryspeaks.com/

    Unexpected "Hello's"

Sometimes when we least expect it, our past can jump up and bite us in the back-side. A casual of grocery shopping and an unexpected "Hello Kim", then next thing I knew, I was sitting in my car with tears streaming. An unexpected song brought relief and a reminder that sometimes healing takes place where we least expect it. Thank you for joining me on this journey...please email me if I can help you with your story, whether it's writing or podcasting...I'm here for you. https://www.yourstoryspeaks.com/index.php/about Email kim@yourstoryspeaks.com

Shirley Temple Curls & 7th Grade Yearbook Photo

So many moms dread posing for a picture. So much so, that we want to be behind the camera instead of in front...or we take neck up only. Join Kim to reminisce about "picture day" at school and why it's time to put the curlers down and get back in front of the camera. Time to quit cutting the ham. (When is it time for a change?)

Sometimes we find ourselves doing the same thing because "that's how it has always been done." When you have a dream inside of you - a new business - a book to write - whatever it may be...you don't have to do it the same way as anyone else. Prayers we pray sometimes are answered in unique ways. Kim shares the story of ham and new beginnings in this podcast.
