Pourin' Into Me
Danielle Beale
Black women are the backbone of their families, communities and in the workplace. We are often expected to abandon ourselves by pourin’ into others until we are empty. This is a sacred space, for Black women, where we will have brave conversations to destigmatize mental health and encourage one another to be intentional about self-care. We’ll discuss how micro aggressions, gender roles, and the strong Black woman myth impact our mental health. We’ll share our stories, discuss barriers, accessibility to mental health resources and more. Join us for monthly episodes. May our cups overflow!
