    Episode 6.2- Postpartum Healing & Work/ Life Integration with 1st Lt. Megan Gephart

    In this episode we continue our talk with 1st Lieutenant Megan Gephart, Army public affairs officer and pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coach. Gephart opens up about the challenges that came with being a young mother and Army officer. She talks about the consequences of rushing her own postpartum timeline and the decision to eventually take charge of her own physical recovery. She shares how these challenges led her to develop a passion for helping other military women navigate their own pursuits of work-life balance in every season.
