    Enemy of the State presents Sheila Foster

    I did a livestream with Sheila Foster, mother of Garrett Foster. Garrett Foster lost his life when Daniel Perry, an Army soldier at the time, drove to a Black Lives Matter protest in Austin, Texas in 2020. Perry was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder. Then, Governor Greg Abbott pardoned Perry. This is Sheila's first interview after the pardon was announced. We talk about who Garrett was, his love for his fiance Whitney ( he was also her caretaker), his murder, and how she found out about the pardon. This is a raw and emotional interview.     Right to Fight (protesting)

    Protests. The mere fact that we have to say that Americans have the right to protest is a problem. When President Biden addressed the campus protests against the war in Gaza, he framed it as a clash between "the first amendment right to free speech and the rule of Law". But, to say that means that the rule of law is AGAINST the first amendment right to free speech. And why isn't that heavy hand of Law enforcement ever visible when the protests are right wing, like Jan 6, 2021?
