I’ve struggled over the years with depression, anxiety, bipolar, sexuality, and gender. I found sharing my story wasn’t solely a cathartic exercise- many reached out saying it helped them better understand themselves and others. I hope being open and honest about my struggles and discoveries helps make the world a more welcoming place.
