Inspired Word Of God

Marsha Singleton

The Inspired Word offers encouraging words through God's holy scriptures. It is important to teach God's truth and extend his reach following the doctrine of God that Jesus Christ taught his disciples. - Evangelist MarshaLuke 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.(KJV)Matthew 28:19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Matthew 28:20  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

"Living God's Doctrine pt3 The Book of Life"

2 John 1:9-11 NLT 9 Anyone who wanders away from this teaching has no relationship with God. But anyone who remains in the teaching of Christ has a relationship with both the Father and the Son.  [10] If anyone comes to your meeting and does not teach the truth about Christ, don't invite that person into your home or give any kind of encouragement.  [11] Anyone who encourages such people becomes a partner in their evil work. Mat 12:46  While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Mat 12:47  Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. Mat 12:48  But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? Mat 12:49  And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! Mat 12:50  For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. The Ten Commandments  Exodus 20:1-18 NLT 1 Then God gave the people all these instructions:  2] "I am the LORD your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt, the place of your slavery.  3] "You must not have any other god but me.  4] "You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea.  5] You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children; the entire family is affected-even children in the third and fourth generations of those who reject me.  6] But I lavish unfailing love for a thousand generations on those who love me and obey my commands.  7] "You must not misuse the name of the LORD your God. The LORD will not let you go unpunished if you misuse his name.  8] "Remember to observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.  9] You have six days each week for your ordinary work,  10] but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of rest dedicated to the LORD your God. On that day no one in your household may do any work. This includes you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, your livestock, and any foreigners living among you.  11] For in six days the LORD made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and everything in them; but on the seventh day he rested. That is why the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy.  12] "Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the LORD your God is giving you.  13] "You must not murder.  14] "You must not commit adultery. [15] "You must not steal.  16] "You must not testify falsely against your neighbor.  17] "You must not covet your neighbor's house. You must not covet your neighbor's wife, male or female servant, ox or donkey, or anything else that belongs to your neighbor."  18] When the people heard the thunder and the loud blast of the ram's horn, and when they saw the flashes of lightning and the smoke billowing from the mountain, they stood at a distance, trembling with fear. Rev 22:14  Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. Rev 22:15  For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. Exodus 32:30-35 NLT The next day Moses said to the people, "You have committed a terrible sin, but I will go back up to the LORD on the mountain. Perhaps I will be able to obtain forgiveness for your sin."  31] So Moses returned to the LORD and said, "Oh, what a terrible sin these people have committed. They have made gods of gold for themselves.  32] But now, if you will only forgive their sin-but if not, erase my name from the record you have written!"  33] But the LORD replied to Moses, "No, I will erase the name of everyone who has sinned against me.  34] Now go, lead the people to the place I told you about. Look! My angel will lead the way before you. And when I come to call the people to account, I will certainly hold them responsible for their sins."  35] Then the LORD sent a great plague upon the people because they had worshiped the calf Aaron had made. Colossians 3:25 But if you do what is wrong, you will be paid back for the wrong you have done. For God has no favorites. Psalms 69:28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous. Revelation 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. Rev 21:27  And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.  Matthew 7:13  Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Mat 7:14  Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find  Psalms 69:28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous. Revelation 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. Rev 20:11  And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. Rev 20:12  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Rev 20:13  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Rev 20:14  And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Rev 20:15  And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Rev 3:5  He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.  1 John 5:3 Loving God means keeping his commandments, and his commandments are not burdensome.  1John 5:4 For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. "Living God's Doctrine:The Narrow Path"

Matthew 7:13  Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Matthew 7:14  Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Revelation 22:14  Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. Revelation 22:15  For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. John 12:40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. John 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. John 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. John 14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: John 5:19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. 2 Corinthians 3:14 NLT But the people's minds were hardened, and to this day whenever the old covenant is being read, the same veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed only by believing in Christ. Matthew 5:10  Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.  Luke 6:22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Psalms 37:12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. Luke 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake John 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. John 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. John 15:19  If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Jhn 15:20  Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. Jhn 15:21  But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me. 2 Corinthians 4:4 NLT Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don't believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don't understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.  Matthew 7:13-14 NLT You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.  14] But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it. Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. KJV Revelation 21:27 NLT Nothing evil will be allowed to enter, nor anyone who practices shameful idolatry and dishonesty-but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. 1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.  2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, Galatians 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. Acts 2:38-40 NLT Acts 2:38 Peter replied, Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.  39 This promise is to you, to your children, and to those far away-all who have been called by the Lord our God. 40 Then Peter continued preaching for a long time, strongly urging all his listeners, "Save yourselves from this crooked generation!" Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. Isaiah 43:25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. Psalms 10:4The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God:God is not in all his thoughts.  Proverbs 9:6 Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding. John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. Isaiah 55:7 Let the wicked change their ways and banish the very thought of doing wrong. Let them turn to the LORD that he may have mercy on them. Yes, turn to our God, for he will forgive generously. Luke 13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. "Living God's Doctrine"

Revelation 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.  Revelation 2:13-16  13 I know that you live in the city where Satan has his throne, yet you have remained loyal to me. You refused to deny me even when Antipas, my faithful witness, was martyred among you there in Satan's city.  14] But I have a few complaints against you. You tolerate some among you whose teaching is like that of Balaam, who showed Balak how to trip up the people of Israel. He taught them to sin by eating food offered to idols and by committing sexual sin.  15] In a similar way, you have some Nicolaitans among you who follow the same teaching.  16] Repent of your sin, or I will come to you suddenly and fight against them with the sword of my mouth. Matthew 7:28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine: Matthew 7:29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.  Matthew 23:28 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her. Matthew 22:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. Mat 22:30  For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. Mat 22:31  But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying, Mat 22:32  I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. Mat 22:33  And when the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine. Rev 21:7  He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Rev 21:8  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Rev 21:23  And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. Rev 21:24  And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. Rev 21:25  And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.   Rev 21:27  And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.  Song: King Jesus Will Roll All Your Burdens Away by Kenneth Morris 1947 Pianist: Late Mrs. Loretta Ray Singer: Marsha Singleton Song:  "This Little Light of Mine"  Reference Credits: Edward G. "What Dominates Our Lives?"

Romans 8:8 That's why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God. Jude 1:7  Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire  1Thessalonians 4:3  For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, ye should abstain from fornication. 1Corinthians 10:8  Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.  1Corinthians 7:2  Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.  1Corinthians 6:18  Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.  1Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. Proverbs 14:9 Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favour. Psalms 32:2 Yes, what joy for those whose record the LORD has cleared of guilt, whose lives are lived in complete honesty!  Psalms 32:3 When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long.  Psalms 32:4 Day and night your hand of discipline was heavy on me. My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat.  Psalm 32:5 Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, "I will confess my rebellion to the LORD." And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone!” Isaiah 44:22 I have swept away your sins like a cloud. I have scattered your offenses like the morning mist. Oh, return to me, for I have paid the price to set you free. Psalm 32:5 Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, "I will confess my rebellion to the LORD." And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone. Interlude 1John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.  Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.  Mark 9:24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief. Psalms 4:3 But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.
