    The path to fulfillment is embodiment (+ what does that even mean?!) with Christina Lane

True fulfillment comes when we STOP the seeking - the pursuit - and travel inward, start being present in our lives, and get real with who we are and what we deeply desire. Chasing something outside of ourselves will likely leave you with a life that looks good on the outside but doesn't always feel good on this inside. Embodiment Coach Christina Lane and I both learned this the hard way, as many of us do, when we face the big transitions and pivots in life - from divorce and loss to disease and discovery - and we hope that in sharing our stories, perhaps you'll find some thread of wisdom to weave into your own journey.
