Great help for growing old gracefully
Dr Mia’s thoughtful discussions of topics around aging are just what we old folks need to help understand what is happening to us as we get older. She addresses the whole spectrum, from quirks of aging that we should just roll with to serious issues we should get medical help on. Just understanding what is happening is a big step to relieving anxiety about the aging process, and I love hearing from experts about what we can do to improve our quality of life.
