    Ep. 1 Family Gatherings - hot sauce isn't the only thing causing high blood pressure!

    It's getting hot again and the pandemic (presumably) is loosening up its grips. Public places are opening, inflation has gas prices at an arm and two legs  per gallon and people are gathering everywhere! Summer 2022 I'm thinking we can get back to park and family barbecue's....but before I commit tell me who's coming...  Some of our "fondest" memories are from our family gatherings, but who else wonders..."who's invited?" before officially making the plans to commit to family events. There is a level of awareness that comes from disassociating yourself from the continual toxic notions we may enable in some of our family dynamics.
