In that space, she encountered the spirit of her father, who had recently passed away. Their connection was not verbal, but a soul-to-soul “knowing”—an infusion of unconditional love that would ultimately call her back to life. Jane returned to her body after her son was born, though reluctantly, and her healing unfolded gradually over the years that followed. After her NDE experience, she had ongoing signs from her father—unexplainable scents, moving objects, and an unmistakable sense of loving presence—convincing her that consciousness survives physical death.
