    Finding Your Purpose in Pain

    We all experience moments of pain in life. These moments have the power to shape us into our destiny or to take us away from our destiny. Often times we are blinded by the pain and miss the purpose in the journey. Most people live despair because they lack the ability to see themselves in an intentional way. What this means is that most of us are drawn to the circumstances rather than the solutions. We develop a reliance on our physical senses and deny the internal indicators of growth and power. In the book of Job in the bible, Job references his experience to that of being slayed as he was tempted and tried by the circumstances of his life but he had to enough intuition to still remember who he was and what he had. When we understand that we become what we think about, what we feel, and what we speak about, it becomes evident that we must caution what we say and do as we have creation power. This episode makes everything clear and speaks to need for us to be more conscious as to how we create our realities.

    God In You

    As we move through the many walks of life, we seldom question the idea of God and try to make sense of of existence. Understanding God is something that we may never truly get as human beings however, there is one thing we cannot deny and that is that we all have the spirit of energy within us. We are all energy and that energy that comes from the creation source.

    Reflections - The Year in Review

    In this Episode we are reflecting on the year past. As we cross over to the other side and enter into 2023, we must look back all the things which have occurred in 2022. Everything good or bad will be used to create great success in 2023. We believe that resistance comes against you when you are the cusp of success. This is why we must reflect, learn and grow into this new year. We wish you all a Happy New Year and look forward to seeing all of your successes in 2023.

    The STEPS in FITNESS and RELATIONSHIPS.

    Have you ever wonder why people get into relationships and then just leave. Have you ever had someone make you feel as if you’re the reason for their actions; or better have you ever heard the good old “hey so I thought I was ready but I realize I am not ready for this; I promise its not you its all me.” Doesn’t it always seem to go the same way every-time. I’ve uncovered two probable reasons why people act the way they do and its FEAR OF COMMITMENT and FAILURE TO ACCEPT PROCESS.

    The Dream Killers

    Often times when we have a dream we manifest it before the right time. We allow our thoughts to manifest into the vision of another persons ideals. I call this the destiny flaw. Everything humanly known to man was first an idea or a thought before it became a reality. Sharing the thought can lead to destiny fatality. Keeping your dream incubated until you are ready to birth the dream is how to can become great and reach your destiny.

    It can be hard to give to things that we don’t see as giving to us. But it is important to understand that in life we need to remain dedicated and focused in the things that give to us. Whether its your job or education or even relationship, feeding those things can have rewards if you first accept and give to them. Feed what gives to you.

    Know your Worth

    Most of us in the fitness industry understand the many struggles associated with being able to make a good living doing what we do in helping our clients get to their goals. The cost of doing business as a fitness coach is usually not one that’s well thought out or of by both coaches and clients. This raises the question, what is you “worth” and how do you valuate your energy, time and knowledge. Also, how do you create the price point at which you sell your product or service to your clients. On the other hand, looking at it from the client perspective the question arises as to how do you as a client decide who to train or coach with, as there are so many trainers and coaches out there to choose from. This remains the question that one must answer. The reality is that coaching and training is all about your needs and goals. It should not be based on the look of the coach or trainer, however, the knowledge and experience they have with training clients not themselves. Too often clients find themselves choosing a coach or trainer who either mirrors the picture embodied in that person of what they would want to look like and they go for that person. The problem with that approach is that generally, those coaches and trainers are usually not able to service those clients to their expectations. The simple reason for this is the lack of experience gained and knowledge to support training someone other than themselves. When selecting a coach clients must ensure that they do their due diligence on the coaches as well as coaches on their clients. It’s always a good practice to success for both. Using this information to valuate you and your services will set you apart from your competition and make put you on top as a highly demanded coach/trainer. One of the biggest mistakes that coaches make when establishing their price point is the failure to properly investigate the current market rate, a failure to justify the dollar amount they charge by establishing a verifiable breakdown of each sessions cost, being linear, and failing to further educate themselves. A big part of being a successful coach/trainer is being able to market your services and skills. Most coaches/trainers have no idea how to properly market nor do they know how to present their services to their target audience. Most find it easier to take on roles as coaches/trainers working in big box corporate gyms where they generally are under paid and over worked. Unfortunately, this is one of the biggest mistakes made as this undermines the coaches true potential and starves their growth. The points made only validates the fact that as a coach or trainer we must find our worth in knowing your product, knowing your market, knowing your client base and more importantly knowing your worth.

    The Power of “No”

    The word “No” is the most powerful word in every language. It is the spark which usually drives many of us to ignite the flames which heats up our successes. The word “No” builds our character and also shapes our paths to the things we want. Unfortunately, many of us are taught that when we say “No” it is impolite and mean or even rude. These assumptions are simply not truth nor fact but rather an interpretation of instances when the word was indeed used for those purposes. The more we hear the word “No” the more it should drive us to improve and become better. In sales, if all you hear from your prospects is “Yes” you will never get better as this will handicap you to the idea that even when things are not right it deserves approval. “No” should simply mean to all of us Next Opportunity and it should be the one factor to drive, passion and persistence to overcome and win through to absolute victory which in translation is “Yes”.
