Hey Buds! We are two twenty-something year old women fresh out of college and fresh into all things work, life, relationships, and self-appreciation. As we find ourselves we hope to provide a space for others to join in on our takes on life and the process of making sense out of the nonsense. So welcome to our podcast where we make the grass a little greener because here–we grow together.

09 | The Adult Table: Building Generational Grace

Hey buddies! We missed you! We hope you missed us! After taking some time off to wrap our summers up and transition into the fall season, we took some time to figure out what we want Grow Together to be. We want to bring you guys a realer and rawer version of ourselves to insist that we are connecting with our listeners to the highest degree. So we're bringing it all now. From here on out, we're gonna dig deep and get to the root of all topics discussed :) We'd also say it's the perfect time to dig a little deeper given we're coming right up on the holiday season. We all know what this means for most but for some, it can be stressful. The holidays come with their own special challenges and thats why we're here. In this series titled The Adult Table, we're starting our first episode off with Building Generational Grace. We wanted to take on what generational curses look like from the other side of the fence and how we can stop being so harsh on ourselves for things that are out of our control. Waaaay out. So we hope you enjoy, and let us know about your experience at the adult table! Leave a rating and review if you like what you heard this week! 08 | ______ Support Group: Gen Z Black Woman in Corporate America with a Social Life

Hey Hey Hey! Who's ready for the last episode of our series? I know we are! The Grow Together Gals have taken the time to call out every one of our labels one by one each week and we've finally landed at our last one. Social Lives! We are so glad to talk these things through and the joy of this episode revolves around the fact that we do not have all of the answers, but hope us talking through some of the things we've gone through while trying to manage all of our labels--along with a social life--will be useful and relatable to you!
