    Throwbacks back… ALRIGHT! – Backstreet Boys   Maddie & Christina are back for another installment of the Throwback Series! This is a beloved segment at Ya Girl’s where the ladies watch a past drama that they haven’t seen before.   This time they’re diving into When the Camellia Blooms. The drama follows a single mother named Dong-baek (Gong Hyo-jin, When the Stars Gossip & It’s Alright, This Is Love) who runs a bar in a judgmental small town and a lovable police officer named Yong-sik (Kang Ha-neul, Squid Game 2 & Moon Lovers) who falls head-over-heels for her.   In this Through Two, the ladies dive right into the characters and discuss the first two episodes.     Can This Love Be Translated? Review: Everyone Speaks Their Own Language

    The stylist/costume director NEEDS. A. RAISE. 👏 Every single outfit was top tier — especially Chief Hong and his many green ensembles (we noticed 👀💚). Elle & Christina reviewed Can This Love Be Translated? and as HUGE Kim Sun-ho fans… they were THRILLED that all 12 episodes dropped at once. 🍿✨ This highly anticipated drama stars Go Youn-jung(Alchemy of Souls, Resident Playbook) as a glamorous actress and Kim Sun-ho (Hometown Cha Cha Cha, Start-Up) as an interpreter. Their careers take them to beautiful corners of the world 🌎 while they slowly get to know each other… and let’s just say, their dynamic is layered. This drama really leans into how complicated love can be when you don’t communicate your feelings — when you’re technically speaking the same language, but emotionally… you’re not. 💔 All in all: everyone speaks a different language. 🎬 12 episodes 📍Streaming on Netflix ….     The Manipulated Review: Ji Chang Wook Owes Us Proof of 900 Push-Ups

    Maddie & Christina are back to review The Manipulated! Ji Chang Wook & D.O. were amazing in this show! They thoroughly enjoyed this drama and obviously hammed it up along the way. Also, the ladies are still waiting for the long montage of Ji Chang Wook doing 900 push-ups… 👀 The Manipulated focuses on Park Tae-Joong, played by Ji Chang Wook (Healer, Welcome to Samdal-ri), who is framed by Ahn Yo-Han, played by D.O. (100 Days My Prince, Bad Prosecutor). Poor Tae-Joong is falsely accused of a brutal crime and sent to prison. He soon realizes it was all planned and that he was caught in the middle of it. As the story unfolds, Tae-Joong seeks revenge to reclaim the life that was so badly destroyed. The Manipulated is a 12-episode K-drama available on Disney+ and Hulu. ….
