Her work focuses primarily on small and mid-size oncology sponsors, helping them translate clinical development strategy into executable trials through senior sponsor-side leadership, CRO and vendor governance, operational decision-making, and hands-on execution. Through Choice ClinOps, Leila provides fractional and embedded clinical operations leadership, governance, and execution across both planned development transitions and periods of disruption Sponsors bring her in when programs are scaling into more complex phases or geographies, when trial performance needs to be stabilized or recovered, and when M&A activity, portfolio shifts, CRO or vendor changes, or leadership transitions create execution and continuity risk.
