    Let's Talk Values!

    Let's chat values! Magret shares her recent coaching session which highlighted the importance of living congruently with your highest values. When you don't honour your values it can play out on your everyday life without you even realising the effects, as Magret discovered in her relationships....with self and family.  A health check on your values every now and then doesn't hurt. When was the last time you revisited yours? Have you even thought about taking a deep dive into your values? It's worth the effort, especially if you're feeling stuck, looking for change and wanting to create your dream life. Why would you want to look into your values? Because growing up we often take on other people's values. ie: our parents, teachers, society, friends, church etc. Values dictate how you interact with the world. Let's reconnect and realign with your values. Let's get curious! Discover who you are and what drives you to take voluntary action.     A Peek Inside Our Brain!

    In today's episode we share some insights into what's happening in our lives! We discuss the glass ceiling concept and how it holds us back.  Why we are unable to push the glass ceiling higher? Hitting that upper limit and then retreating because we don't know how to get past a point we've never been before.  We talk on the different parts of our brain and how the 'critter brain' can unintentionally hold us back from moving forward and achieving our goals. It is there to keep us safe and alive and nothing more. When we become aware of how our brain works we can understand how and why we may act the way we do and that living in the now can help us take control of our emotions and live a life on our terms. We touch on how powerful choices are, in taking the steps to change our lives for the better. Our mission is to inspire women just like us to live their best lives.
