  1. What is Energy Healing

    What is Energy Healing

When you hear the term energy healing, what comes to mind? For some, it feels intriguing. For others… a little confusing. Maybe even a little out there. In this episode, I’m breaking down what energy healing actually is—without overcomplicating it. From modalities like Reiki and Theta Healing to deeper work like belief shifts and subconscious patterns, we explore what’s really happening beneath the surface… and why “clearing energy” is sometimes just the beginning. Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.  And sometimes, it’s not about fixing yourself…  It’s about understanding yourself enough to finally move differently. Work With Me If you’re feeling stuck, blocked, or just unsure of your next step…  this is exactly the kind of work I help people with. Through intuitive guidance, energy work, and real conversations, we figure out what’s actually going on beneath the surface—and what to do next. 2. The Middle (Part 1): Grief

    The Middle (Part 1): Grief

Grief isn’t something we “finish.” It doesn’t follow a clean path, and it definitely doesn’t end the way people say it will. In this episode, we shares our personal experiences with loss—from losing our mom to other forms of grief that don’t always get named—and the realization that grief doesn’t go away… it evolves. This is a conversation about what it really looks like to live in the middle of grief. The messy, repeating, sometimes overwhelming middle that no one prepares you for. If you’ve ever felt like you should be “further along”… this one is for you. ✨ In This Episode:  Why grief doesn’t have a true “end point”  The truth about the stages of grief (and how they actually show up)  Grief beyond death: loss of relationships, jobs, and identity  The pressure to “move on” and why it can feel so frustrating  What it means to live in the middle—and not try to escape it The Soulful Wonderings podcast is all about my journey into the world of healing, intuition, and spiritual discovery. As I find my place as a healer, psychic, teacher and creative, I am here to share my experiences and insights, in hopes of breaking down barriers between different spiritual perspectives. Whether you’re curious about energy work, looking to deepen your understanding, or just exploring your own path, this podcast offers stories, teachings, and connections to help you navigate the space between worlds.  We are discussing my new year, new journey… talking about Theta healing and a bit about spirituality and what that journey looks like.   You can find me at soulfulwonderings.com Facebook at @soulfulwonderings Instagram @soulful_wonderings Music by lemonmusicstudio from Pixabay

  3. What Do We Call This?

    What Do We Call This?

I’ve noticed something lately… When I say I’ve been on a “spiritual journey,” people either lean in… or immediately pull back. And honestly? It’s been bothering me. Because what I’ve experienced over the last several years… isn’t just “spiritual.” It’s growth. It’s healing. It’s unlearning. It’s understanding who you are at your core. So why does the word itself create such a reaction? In this episode, I’m unpacking:  why labels like “spiritual,” “healer,” or even “coach” can feel limiting  how inner work often overlaps with therapy, mindset, and personal development  and what it really means to be on a journey… without needing to define it Because maybe the problem isn’t the work… maybe it’s the way we’re trying to explain it. As I find my place as a healer, psychic, teacher and creative, I am here to share my experiences and insights, in hopes of breaking down barriers between different spiritual perspectives. 4. How We Learn to Love

    Apr 7

    How We Learn to Love

My son is reaching the age I was when my mom died… and recently I realized I’ve now lived more of my life without her than with her. That realization brought me back to a moment from childhood—one that didn’t seem significant at the time, but now feels like everything. In this episode, I share two nights:  one where my mom stayed up watching over me after a concussion  and one where I sat in that same chair, doing the same for my son Somewhere in the middle of that night, it clicked… We don’t just learn how to live from the people who raise us.  We learn how to love. And sometimes, we don’t even realize what we’ve been given… until we become the one giving it. In this episode, we explore:  How caregiving is learned through experience, not instruction  The quiet ways love is modeled and carried forward  What it feels like to step into the same role your parent once held  How the people we’ve lost continue to live through us  Caregiving isn’t taught… it’s modeled. And the love we were given often shows up in how we love others. What is something you do today… that you learned not because you were told… but because you felt it first? If this episode resonated with you, I’d love for you to share it or send it to someone who might need it. And if you haven’t already, be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss future episodes. What do You Mean Download?

“Downloads” are often talked about in spiritual spaces — but what do they actually mean? In this episode, we explore the real, grounded experience of receiving intuitive insight or sudden knowing. Rather than something dramatic or mystical, downloads are often subtle moments of clarity that arrive without effort or logical reasoning. You’ll learn: What a download is (and what it isn’t)How downloads commonly show up — mentally, emotionally, and physicallyThe difference between intuitive knowing and anxious overthinkingWhy insight often arrives in stillnessHow to recognize and work with intuitive information when it comesThis episode demystifies spiritual language and helps listeners understand their own inner awareness in a practical, accessible way. Whether you call it intuition, guidance, higher awareness, or insight — understanding how downloads feel can help you trust the wisdom already moving within you. 6. Superwoman or Conditioning

    Superwoman or Conditioning

In this episode, we explore the complicated meaning of strength — how it’s modeled, inherited, and sometimes misunderstood. Through reflections on my mom’s resilience, sacrifice, and lifelong pattern of putting others first, we examine how caregiving and self-neglect can become intertwined across generations. What once looked like heroic endurance begins to reveal a quieter cost — the loss of self-care, support, and personal needs. This episode invites listeners to gently question the patterns they learned growing up: What did strength look like in your family? Were needs honored… or ignored?Where might guilt still shape how you care for yourself today?Rather than rejecting what we inherited, this conversation focuses on honoring the love behind those patterns — while consciously choosing healthier ways forward. We will also guide you through reflective prompts to help distinguish authentic care from conditioning, and to begin redefining strength in a way that includes their own well-being. This episode is an invitation to awareness, compassion, and choice — because we can love those who shaped us without repeating every pattern they carried. 7. Have You Lost Your Muchiness?

    Have You Lost Your Muchiness?

February is often called the month of love — but what if love isn’t just about who accepts us, celebrates us, or chooses us? In this episode of Soulful Wonderings, we reflect on the idea of being “too much” and how many of us learn to shrink ourselves in order to belong. Through personal stories, family dynamics, and the memory of losing — and rediscovering — our own “muchness,” we explores the difference between shrinking for acceptance and being mindful out of self-respect. This conversation is about learning when to take up space and when to hold it, not out of fear, but out of care. It’s an invitation to trust yourself enough to choose the room, protect what’s sacred, and remember that your muchness was never lost — it simply learned discernment. In this episode, we explore: What it really means to be “too much”How early conditioning teaches us to shrink to belongThe difference between self-abandonment and self-protectionWhy discernment is not the same as hidingHow trusting yourself becomes a form of self-love The Soulful Wonderings podcast is all about my journey into the world of healing, intuition, and spiritual discovery. 8. Choosing Yourself > Seeking Approval

    Feb 3

    Choosing Yourself > Seeking Approval

February is often called the month of love — but what if the way we seek love isn’t always through romance, or even through others? In this episode of Soulful Wonderings, we are reflecting on a familiar pattern: getting excited about a new idea or project and immediately wanting to share it with friends and family — only to walk away feeling deflated, doubtful, or disconnected from the original spark. Is it excitement… or is it validation?  And why does sharing something new sometimes leave us questioning ourselves instead of feeling supported? Through personal stories, creative process reflections, and honest self-inquiry, this episode explores how seeking approval can be a quiet way of looking for love — and how learning to trust yourself can become one of the deepest forms of self-love. This conversation is an invitation to pause, protect what’s still becoming, and consider when it’s time to share — and when it’s time to hold something close and let it grow. In this episode, we explore: The difference between excitement and validationWhy sharing ideas too early can lead to self-doubt and imposter syndromeHow well-meaning feedback can derail alignmentLearning who — and when — to trust with your creative ideasWhy self-trust is a powerful act of self-loveThe Soulful Wonderings podcast is all about my journey into the world of healing, intuition, and spiritual discovery.
