    2024 Recap: Part 1

    My audience voted to have my 2024 recap split into 3 parts. Part 1 is the personal stuff. This year was a year of learning to surrender. I had to let go of old identities that were no longer serving me. It's not been easy, but it has to be done. Each year gets better as I become more of the powerful feminine woman I am. 2024 was for good practice around expressing my truth and honoring my boundaries in the face of fear.     IG Live: Just Finished My First Ever Fast

    I decided to do a 5 day fast for my first ever fast. I needed a total reset mentally, physically, and emotionally. I've been in a slump for months and needed to get out of my mind and into my body. I also set an intention at the beginning of the month of December that I would use the last month of the year to cleanse, release, clear and let go of anything that wasn't serving me. This fast was exactly that. It was the perfect timing too since it's been raining non-stop here in Thailand. I'm so excited to share this story with you because I hope to encourage you to do something (maybe fast, maybe something else) that is nourishing for your mind, body, and spirit.     IG Live: Facing Challenges With Love

    First time doing a IG live in well over a year and wow it felt so good. I had so much to share and I thought instead of live streaming it on Youtube, I could livestream it on Instagram. Today I talk about everything I'm going through right now. I'm so grateful for the challenges and obstacles of uncertainty and chaos I'm facing at the moment because its making me face my deepest wounds and work on releasing them. It's so freeing to express ourselves authentically and its through facing our fears through right action that we move towards more self love and embodiment.

    Language Shifts

    I'm so grateful for whats unfolded in the last few days. I've been struggling with my mindset and language around content. Today I had a valve release and recognized that the way I was thinking and speaking about content was blocking my creativity. I shifted my thoughts from, I need to make content, to what am I excited to share? This has been a game changer for me. It's so important to observe our thoughts and what type of language we are using and how that energy is affecting our actions. I'm so grateful for my daily practices of journaling, tarot and the Gene Keys that help me to consistently gain more self awareness. Our thoughts are energy, and where attention goes, energy flows, so if you're feeling blocked, investigate the energy of your thoughts and how they may be holding you back. Ask yourself, ask your heart, what do I want to get out of this one life, what do I want to give to the world that lights my soul on fire?

    A Mess Of Words

    Today I fall flat on my face and wish I could not publish this episode. But, this podcast is about realness, authenticity, and showing up in the face of discomfort and fear, so here it is, here I am. Touching shortly on the topics of self acceptance, self compassion, self judgment and self doubt. The current dance that I'm participating in between all of them. Getting comfortable with being in discomfort and doing it anyways. Letting go of any perfectionism and fear of judgment. Another moment of practice, this ongoing journey of practice that I love.

As before this podcast is fully unscripted and unedited, and now I'm going full fearless, bold, authentic and no f***s given.
