    1. Abundance

What does abundance have to do with real estate?  Everything. If I tell you: there is an abundance of clients, there is an abundance of houses, there is an abundance of money… What’s your initial reaction? In a simple response – is this true or false? Join the conversation as we discuss how to shift your mindset and improve your career by acknowledging the truly abundant world we live in - clients, houses, money, investments - these are not finite items.  There are always MORE.   We also touch upon how to deal with the rejections that are so common for realtors, women entrepreneurs, and/or real estate investors - because let's face it.  Rejection happens. Failure will happen.  But for you to have a truly successful long-term career in this field, you must be prepared to face failures head on! I am not here to teach you how to sell 100 homes. I here to teach you how to LOVE selling 100 homes. Burnout is rampant in the real estate industry. According to industry experts, 87% of real estate agents don’t last 3 years in the business. Why? Burnout. Stress. Income instability. Etc, etc. I’m sure you could add even more reasons to this list. It doesn’t have to be that way. Grind, hustle, and then grind some more is what is driving our agents mad and making them flee the industry. Even more so, its what is giving clients and the general public a negative image of real estate professionals. The truth is real estate can be an amazing long-term career. But just like any thing that is built to last, it must be maintained.  YOU must be maintained. Joy. Success. Balance. Etc, etc.  I cant wait to hear even more ways we add onto this list! This is the introduction podcast for the Journey of Manifesting Your Destiny with Real Estate.
