I like your show. It is valuable to present both sides but I believe you give too much credit and leniency to Trump and Republicans. So, the episode with James Carville was refreshing. I enjoyed it and he gave me some hope. Thanks for all your work. R. Cable

Chris I love what you’re doing here and on News National. I am still a Democrat barely. But I am glad you have prospectives from both sides of the Aisle. I am 46 raised in a union household in Flint MI and I am a Michigan State Employee and UAW member. I listen to you all the time and I am glad your brother is giving it a go for Mayor. My brother is a Libertarian but we both loved watching you and Tucker have an intelligent conversation and agreeing where you could but still being respectful when you did not. Keep it up brother. There is a lot of us that still believe civility can come back.

The pursuit of understanding, even in the face of uncertainty, remains one of the most valuable aspects of critical thought.

The recent episode featuring the Lincoln Project podcast’s Rick Wilson is one of the best political podcasts I have heard in a long time, and I listen to 4-5 every week. The dynamic between the two is what movie reviewers call “chemistry”. Both men from partisan backgrounds (Cuomo the journalist son of Democratic NY Gov. Mario Cuomo, Wilson a longtime GOP operative), both now independents trying to find centrist solutions to polarized politics. Mr Cuomo and Mr Wilson should be regular guests on each other’s shows. The discussion could have gone on for another two hours and I’d have listened to every minute.

I enjoy watching and listening to you and your guests I think you’re right about them beating a dead horse over and over and not being more strategic with their reporting. I did however think it was sad that the comedian you had on AC actual 1st thought was “poor Mexicans” were dumping the trash and offer some weird beer brand to them, that he implied that people of color were actually interviewed for any parts of Trumps cabinet and that they were picked on their merits and that women and people of color were not actually qualified for their positions were just plugged in to meet a quota. I can guarantee you if the Supreme Court were all women or people of color there’d be an uproar.

I LOVE your reporting but the cussing is way too much on this podcast. At least avoid the F word. It makes everything you say less likely to get through because all I hear is F this and F that. I know you can control it because you don’t do it on News Nation. Have more respect for your reporting.

I was a fan of Chris for many years and transitioned to watching him on news nation even though his broadcast conflicted with watching Anderson Cooper but I don’t understand his views on Trump at all. He claims to listen to both sides but his guests are Bill O’Reilly and a so called democrat who seems to only criticize Biden and apologize for Trump- not really representing both sides. As far as “hold your fire” , I agree up to a point no reason to waist energy , but pardoning the J6 criminals is worth pointing out repeatedly . To condone murderous mob violence is unacceptable and should be acknowledged. Speak truth to power. You can do better Chris.
