I came to the conclusion that there simply aren't enough opinions out there, and that my view on things is extremely crucial. "On Another Note" is a podcast created to talk about everything that crosses my mind. Some days, this might be toxic friendships or the pressure of social media, and other days, which condiments I find superior, and why Netflix tells me some of my favourite movies are only a 60% match for me.     I would so win Olympic gold if these sports existed

    The Olympics ended a few days ago and it got me thinking how easily I could qualify for Los Angeles 2028 if they just invented a few new sports. Gold medals would be flying in my direction. On today's agenda you will find anything from pet peeves and Karen interactions to questions like, why I don't feel like investing in my future and how long you can keep living like there is no tomorrow?

    Horrible trip to Paris AND a spooky murder case

    Gaslighting & heartbreak

    What happens when you realise you aren't being treated the way you should, but you don't want to lose the person you're with? I would always find myself coming up with excuses for the behaviour of people I loved that mistreated me. It took me a couple of months of feeling lousy and like a nobody, but in the end, I got up and put an end to it. Sometimes things don't work out the way you would want them to, and sometimes you need to go through heartbreak to find your confidence.

    Brutally honest life update!

    Why do I always find myself in situationships I can't get out of, what is it like being an aunt, and what crazy nights out have I had recently? Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you!     Why its hard being a girl

    This weekend, I experienced something unpleasant with a male bouncer outside of a club. That situation made me want to sit down and record an episode on this exact topic; being a girl. It's not easy, and it comes with lots of hard work. In this episode I will discuss different "types of girls", and how I felt growing up and feeling different. Discussing if it's ever okay to comment on someones weight, and how to respond to comments like "when I first met you I thought you were a lesbian".
