    02. Imposter Syndrome & Perfectionism: The Best Friends You NEVER Had

    How often have you been afraid of not doing a great job? Of trying? Of starting something you’ve always wanted to start? How often do you doubt yourself or question your worthiness to do or achieve something you’ve always dreamed of? 🤦‍♀️ We get it. You're human. You have things to do, and you want to do them well. But sometimes it feels like that's just not possible, because there are so many people who are doing it better than you. Maybe you're an artist and have been told that your work "isn't good enough" by other people or even yourself. Maybe you really want to start a business, but every time you think about it, all of these reasons why it won't work come flooding into your head: the economy is terrible now; no one wants to buy what I'm selling; I don't know how to do this thing; no one has ever done anything like this before… You tend to sabotage your own success by holding yourself back from succeeding. As a result, Imposter Syndrome and Perfectionism end up becoming your best (but least supportive) friends.
