    ** 2022 ** A Whirlwind... CHANGE... GROWTH

    Did 2022 hit you hard too? Did it slap you across the face and tell you to grow the F*CK up? Because FRIGGIN SAME!! This year taught me soo much! But not only did it teach me so much, it made me grow and become wildly uncomfortable. This year only made me see the reality. Made me see true colors. Made me start to see my own true colors, and make me excited for all that is upcoming in 2023. 2023, please be good to us ❤️

    ** MARATHON ERA!! **

    Welcome back y'all! It has been a fat minute!! We are back and ready to jump into our Marathon running era! We have finally begun marathon training for our June 17, 2023 FULL MARATHON!! all 26.2 miles babbyyy!!! Through the struggles and the PRs, you'll have it all here!!     Ever stop and think that maybe your breakdown is really a breakthrough? Yeah, me either! Well, until recently, that is. I think that we always look at things like they are happening to you instead of for you and that makes it hard to see the fact that you're breaking through a lot of crap in your life ALL THE TIME!     ** HUSTLE CULTURE VS. REALITY **

    The truth is that we have a choice every single day. The hustle culture that is invading and evolving and taking us captive has an exit route that not many know about. WE CAN CHOOSE TO GET OUT! We can be happy in the life we are living regardless of the life that is happening around us. Choosing ourself and loving ourself the way we are is the route to success and happiness.     I just realized this dude... we actually have a choice! We make choices and decisions EVERYDAY ALL DAY! We don't even realize it! So let's CHOOSE to be happy with what's going on if it's good.     ** KINDNESS MATTERS **

    BRUH! Be a kind human being. It really doesn't hurt. Why is being kind more surprising to people than being a negative Nelly? October Goal - BE KIND! We have the opportunity every day to be a kinder person and not be rude or mean. There is zero purpose in being negative or down 25/8. It shouldn't be a surprising quality it should be a common quality. Let's take this month to reset our intentions and be a little more kind and smile more to people. You have no idea who is having a bad day. Why make someones day worse unknowingly when you could make someones day BETTER unknowingly!!!!!!     **FITNESS** NUTRITION ** LIFE ** [Where I'm At]

    Y'all... we go through SO MANY CHANGES! It baffles me sometimes how we change. but our mentality might not and we think we have to keep going the track that our younger self took when that is truly not the case. We are always changing and so are our relationships with fitness, food, and our own life. Where I am at - JUST BEING HAPPY! I don't want to exhaust myself and I don't want to cause injury. I DO want to exercise and move my body which is different each day and I DO want to fuel my body well and TRULY JUST ENJOY LIFE WHERE I AM NOW! Something I've lacked tremendously!!
