    how do you know what serves you?

    Another week!!! Welcome again to the girls don't cry pod. Today i am talking about the concept of "only keep/do things that serve you". I love this mindset, but what I struggle with knowing what serves me. I think the step before this is to identify who you even are to know what will serve or hurt you. I guess the catch is, who the heck are we and will we ever become a version of ourselves and stay that version? Probably not.  Give it a listen and let me know your thoughts!!     happy new year

    It's been a minute, but we're just gonna roll with it!!  Let's talk goals and "new years resolutions". I don't believe in those. However, I do think the new year can provide a new sense of hope for peopel. Specifically me lol.  Let's chat about it and then get after it in 2023 3
