    This week we talk about fed rates and some of the big misunderstandings that are surrounding the raising fed rate. We give you our perspective from working across all asset types and talk about our outlook going forward. After that, we breakdown one of our most recently completed deals, one that started as a 1031 exchange with a multifamily property into a retail property. After completing the 1031 we managed the new retail property for 5 years before completing the sale of the property in July 2021. We use this real-life example to further break down the difference between investing in Retail and Multifamily and why you might want to consider both.
