Hi! I'm Brian Lucas, a pastor. I've noticed there are a lot of "Christian-ish" ideas out there, from how pastors/christians are portrayed in movies and shows, to how Christianity shows up in music, whether popular or worship. I'm here to react to, and evaluate, all of it and provide some biblical commentary on where they nailed it and where they missed it.

Pastor Reacts to "Praise (feat. Brandon Lake, Chris Brown & Chandler Moore) | Elevation Worship"

HEY! You have probably heard the chorus to this song. Maybe you've heard the whole thing or you've sung it in church. It's very catch, but is it BIBLICAL? Should we sing it? And as always, we look at: Does it relate to scripture? What does it look like through a biblical lens? Let's break it down. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm Brian Lucas, and I'm a pastor and worship leader. Come hang out, learn about the Bible, and react to this video with me. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch the Original Video without my commentary here: https://youtu.be/f2oxGYpuLkw?si=GAoD9VeDFMD9VjYL

Isaiah Gone Wild (Sermon: Ringgold UMC) | PASTOR REACTS (edited shorter)

I MADE IT SHORTER! This video got suuuuper long, so I tried to cut it down a bit. I'll work on keeping it shorter in the future so it's not such a chore to edit down. But for now, here's a shorter version of my reaction to this sermon. What makes for a good sermon? I think it has something to do with teaching scripture accurately, relating it to modern life, and pointing us to Jesus. Here's a PASTOR REACTS: SERMON EDITION Today we're looking at Ringgold UMC's recent message: "Isaiah Gone Wild". We're asking: Is this a biblical message? Does the preacher lead us to points from the truth of scripture, or just say their own thoughts with a little scripture sprinkled in? Let's break it down. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm Brian Lucas, and I'm a pastor and worship leader. Hot Ones Wing Sauce Q&A | PASTOR REACTS

My friend Evan Jones questions me while we try all the crazy wing sauce from Hot Ones. I laughed. I yelled. I cried.
