    Sal Poliandro is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, and creative professional whose life and career have been defined by reinvention, resilience, and faith. Sal’s entrepreneurial journey began in high school as a ticket speculator, where he discovered an early passion for business, relationships, and opportunity. Over the last three decades, Sal has built a diverse career spanning more than 20 years in real estate as a broker and over 30 years in television production, where his work contributed to an Emmy-winning production. Throughout every chapter, he has remained driven by a desire to create, lead, and connect with people in meaningful ways. More than 10 years ago, Sal faced a major personal turning point when his weight climbed north of 315 pounds. Determined to take control of his health, he committed himself to understanding metabolism, sustainable wellness, and long-term lifestyle change. That journey transformed not only his health, but also his purpose. Since then, Sal has dedicated himself to helping others improve their health, energy, and quality of life through practical, sustainable changes. This summer, Sal and his high school sweetheart, Dawn, will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. Together they have raised three adult children and have proudly called Wyckoff home for more than 20 years. Known for his honesty, humor, and relatable storytelling, Sal speaks openly about faith, perseverance, identity, and the challenges men face in today’s world. His message encourages others to pursue growth spiritually, physically, and professionally while leading with integrity and conviction.

    Rollie Espinosa brings a diverse and accomplished background spanning advertising, media, the arts, and community service. He currently serves as an Account Representative for Endeavor Business Media, with prior experience at Crain Communications and John Wiley & Sons, where he developed a strong foundation in advertising and client strategy. A graduate of School of Visual Arts, Rollie also pursued his passion for creativity as a gallery artist. His media career began in the 1980s as a weekend announcer and contemporary NYC Christian radio DJ at WWDJ Radio, followed by work as a network booth announcer for NBC Radio. He further expanded his broadcast experience as an NBC Page on Late Night with David Letterman. Beyond his professional work, Rollie has been a dedicated volunteer since 2014, serving as a short-order cook at Hackensack River Mission, reflecting his deep commitment to helping others. He also hosts Metro Church North Haledon’s Saturday online “Men’s Coffee Time,” an open forum where men come together to discuss and overcome challenges such as addiction, depression, and divorce through a Bible-based perspective. Rollie was married to his beloved wife, Francesca, for 42 years. Following her diagnosis with a terminal brain disorder, he stepped away from corporate life to care for her full-time until she went home to be with the Lord. This season of life reflects his character—marked by faith, devotion, and resilience. Today, Rollie’s journey is defined by professional excellence, creative expression, and a steadfast commitment to serving others. His life stands as a testament to faith, perseverance, and purpose in every season.
