Dose #7: Lookout! It's time to identify your harvest

You've separated, prepared and been consistent during the process of manifestation-- now it's time to identify your harvest. During this step of manifestation it is vital that your focus and discernment is keen to what can happen in between.

Dose #6: Consistency during the Process of Manifestation

Here is a positive affirmation that can help encourage you along the way. Say it now ALOUD and everyday along the road to manifestation. "I am more than enough! I am willing! I am equipped and ready for the manifestation of (insert what you are manifesting.) I have what I need on the inside of me to help it come to pass. I do not lack any good thing and what is meant for me WILL BE in its time and season. I will continue to stay consistent, positive and productive in purpose on purpose as I walk in purpose. I only desire to have what is meant for me and all things and people that are not, will fall by the way side as I continue to trust the process of my purpose. I am strong! I am focused and I am manifesting my greatest ideas yet."

Dose #5: Preparation for Elevation

There's a difference between not being prepared and fear alluding thoughts. How do I know the difference? Ask yourself these questions... -When there's an opportunity to step out in faith or "take a chance," do I take that opportunity? -Do I know what skill sets I possess? -Have I written a foundational blueprint for my idea(s)? -Have I put myself in atmospheres that are fused with opportunities? -Am I open to growth? If you answered "YES," then I want you to repeat after me aloud... "I will no longer allow the fear of failure, fear of the unknown, doubt, insecurity and lack keep me from living life in purpose, with purpose, on purpose. From this moment forward, I WILL walk in faith, I WILL trust the process and I WILL walk in confidence knowing that where there is purpose there will always be provision and abundance." If you answered "No," then I want you to repeat after me aloud... "From this moment forward, I will no longer accept mediocrity in MY LIFE. I am ambitious, driven, motivated and teachable. I have everything that I need on the inside to bring my ideas to fruition. I WILL meet the right people, at the right time, with the right mind to help bring my vision to life." I know, I know! These questions cause us to see ourself and sometimes we can use growth in these areas but that's completely ok, you know why? Because I'll be here to help coach and motivate you along the way. Now for all that have read this, I want you to repat after me...ALOUD :) "I will for fill my given purpose, wholly & joyfully!"

Dose #4: Separate to Elevation!

Always remember that elevation first starts with our thoughts and once we elevate mentally we will begin to work on the things that can help us elevate physically. Whether it's separating from past trauma, present bad habits or future alluded failures, we have to separate in order to elevate!

Dose #3: With greatness comes questions

It is extremely important that we take ownership of our thoughts, words and actions. Our life depends on it! How do you think manifestation works?Ask them, answer them and show them WHO IS BOSS! It's your life and you're living it now! Make it be what you want it to be.

Dose #2: With Love, Mom

Having the opportunity to vocalize thoughts that were never able to be formulated in words, can open up the door for healing in ways that otherwise would seem impossible. Writing a letter to my angel baby was one of the ways that I wanted to honor my healing process. For many it may seem redundant but it was a way for me to acknowledge his life and reverence the impact that he made not only on me but on the world, through me. Write if you need to, speak words if you need to but no matter what you do, remember that healing is a process. Be gentle with yourself!

Dose #1: Hey You! It's time to unpack

Have you ever been on a flight home from vacation and immediately dreaded getting home because of the thought of unpacking? This same dread can take place when it comes time to unpack past traumas, present emotions and thoughts of a failed future. No matter how long we try to look over it and push it off until a later date, the truth is, it still has to get done. Why? Because the longer it sits unattended and ignored, the more likely it is for those items (thoughts, traumas, and emotions) to come up in conversation. They will begin to sit in the room of your mind and heart then BOOM the zipper breaks to the luggage and everything spills out forcing you to face what has been packed away for so long. Now is the time, not tomorrow, not next week, but NOW. Let's unpack!
